Q1 Providence Screenings

PVD GROWTH COMPANIES: We are now selecting investments for Q1 and Q2 of 2017. This month, we are holding a series of screening days in our Providence office. Check out our eligibility requirements and funding mechanics below. If there's a fit, skip to the bottom and fill out a prescreening form to request a meeting.

About the RevUp Fund

RevUp by Betaspring is a non-equity investment fund for companies moving fast up a revenue fueled growth curve. Companies receive cash and expert support to ease the friction of going to scale. RevUp invests in B2B and B2C companies with a great team and at least one repeatable model for selling to customers. RevUp does not take equity. Portfolio companies return investment as percentage of revenue over time. Betaspring's approach is built on 10+ years of early stage investing (90+ companies, four exits, and $65MM in follow-on funding raised) and a passion for supporting companies where revenue is central to success. Note: We invest in companies that are already in the market and selling. If you are pre-revenue, we are not a good fit.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Solid MRR with month-over-month growth (companies entering portfolio with annual revenue in $250K-$3M range)
  • Full time team with proven execution ability
  • Room to run in the market they serve (B2B and B2C)

Funding Mechanics:

  • Cash investment of $100K-$200K
  • World-class service component drawing from Betaspring history supporting 100+ companies
  • Dedicated access to Betaspring's in-house growth team, trained across the full stack of digital growth tools
  • High touch support from Betaspring executive team
  • 36-month return period with revenue royalty ranging from 4-8%.

So...if you are in the area, building a killer revenue-focused company, and would like to request a meeting, please complete this prescreening form.
