Thorne Sparkman invests in seed stage ventures in software and internet technologies, and energy and environmental technologies. Prior to joining the Slater Technology Fund, he was the founder and CEO of EScribe Corporation, a developer of online communities, which was acquired by NameMedia. Mr. Sparkman serves on the board of directors for Traction Software, Advanced Image Enhancement, and Dynadec, and is a board observer for Andera, RxVantage, Location, Inc., and Mofuse.
